On April 16, an important professional event took place in Kyiv—the symposium "Modern Methods of Diagnosis and Therapy for Children with Neurodevelopmental Disorders within the Framework of Orphan Diseases." The event brought together leading physicians, scientists, and representatives of healthcare institutions from all over Ukraine.
Natalia Kozyavkina, General Director of the Kozyavkin International Rehabilitation Clinic and a PhD in Medicine, presented her report at the event.
The central theme of the presentation was the System of Intensive Neurophysiological Rehabilitation, developed by Academician Volodymyr Illich Kozyavkin. This system has been effectively helping children with cerebral palsy and other neurodevelopmental disorders for over a quarter of a century.
During her report, Natalia Kozyavkina emphasized the key aspects of the Method:
- Comprehensive Approach. The Kozyavkin Method is a holistic model that combines profound medical expertise, the latest technologies, and a patient-centered philosophy.
- International Recognition. The system's effectiveness is confirmed not only by clinical research but also by the practical experience of tens of thousands of patients from over 70 countries worldwide.
- Wide Range of Applications. The System of Intensive Neurophysiological Rehabilitation demonstrates significant potential for expanding the possibilities in the rehabilitation of children with various forms of neurological disorders.
We deeply appreciate the opportunity to join such an important event, discuss the key challenges in the field, and jointly seek ways to develop the pediatric rehabilitation system in Ukraine.
Sincere thanks to the symposium organizers for creating a professional platform for dialogue and fruitful collaboration.
