Today, the International Rehabilitation Clinic Kozyavkin welcomed a special visit — a delegation from the Japanese city of Kameoka, the sister city of Truskavets.

The guests traveled from Japan to see firsthand how the clinic supports children with cerebral palsy and other neurological disorders, to learn more about its treatment and rehabilitation approaches, and to gain insight into the team’s daily work.

The delegation was welcomed by Nataliia Kozyavkina, General Director of the clinic, and Yanina Kozyavkina, President of Kozyavkin Medical Group, together with the clinic’s team.

The delegation included Kameoka Mayor Takahiro Katsuragawa, Chair of the Kameoka City Council Katsumi Ogawa, city advisor Professor Yoshihiko Okabe, Ambassador of Truskavets in Kameoka Oksana Piskunova, Chief Representative of the JICA Office in Ukraine Osamu Hatori, General Director of JETRO Tetsuo Shibata, First Secretary of the Embassy of Japan in Ukraine Hiraki Tadayoshi, Truskavets Mayor Andrii Kulchynskyi, and other distinguished guests.

Such a high-level representation highlights the significance of the visit and opens new opportunities for international partnership. For the clinic’s team, it is a great honor to welcome guests who help shape decisions, support the development of cooperation, and show sincere interest in the rehabilitation of children.

This visit is especially meaningful because it is grounded in shared values — care for children, precision in approach, and a long-term vision for the development of care. These are the foundations on which meaningful international dialogue and real cooperation are built.

This day became an opportunity for two cultures to meet — cultures that equally value patience, responsibility, attention to the individual, and consistent work for the future of children who need support.
