Dear patients, parents, colleagues, friends, and partners!

It is with great sadness that we inform you of the passing of Volodymyr Illich Kozyavkin, Hero of Ukraine, President of the Kozyavkin Medical Group, Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor, and Academician. Dr. Kozyavkin passed away at the age of 76 on December 16, 2022.

A man of his times, a great scientist, and an outstanding doctor, whose contribution to the development of medicine and rehabilitation cannot be overestimated.

Dr. Kozyavkin devoted his life to helping others, gave hope and encouragement to his patients where others said “it’s impossible”.

The death of Dr. Volodymyr Kozyavkin is an irreparable loss not only for young patients and their families, but also for the global medical community.

We deeply mourn his passing and express our sincere condolences to the bereaved family.

On Sunday, December 18, 2022, in Lviv, a farewell ceremony will be held to honor the Hero of Ukraine, Academician Volodymyr Kozyavkin.

From 9:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., a farewell will be held at the House of Scientists (6 Lystopadovoho Chynu St.)

12.30 p.m. - Funeral Mass in the Garrison Church of the Holy Apostles Peter and Paul (Tetralna Street, 11)
After that, the funeral procession will move to the Rynok Square, and then to the Lychakiv Cemetery.
