The main task of this association is to ensure the effective development of medical tourism and to represent the openness of the Lviv medical community to foreigners.

The Cluster will be headed by the deputy of Lviv City Council, Andriy Rikota. Among the founders of the medical cluster were Kozyavkin International Rehabilitation Clinic (represented by the Deputy Medical Director, Mychailo Hordievych) and 8 other leading private clinics of Lviv region which provide complex medical care in the filed of reproductive medicine, dentistry, vein surgery, rehabilitation, cosmetology and aesthetic medicine.

"This is a synergy, the unification of clinics, on one hand, and tight cooperation with the Lviv City Council on the other hand. Such a combination will enable the development of the medical industry and tourism, promote Lviv and attract medical tourists to the city. On the other hand, the development of this industry will be useful for the citizens of Lviv who will provide an opportunity to receive better and advanced medical services ", - said Andriy Rikota.

The development of medical tourism in Lviv Region will enable guests and residents of the city to receive quality health care as well as will help to attract international investment to further improvement the material and technical base of medical institutions, which in turn will improve the quality of medical services.
